Dashboard
The VIPadm Management System Dashboard provides an overview of visitor and meeting statistics, with filtering options by location, company, and year. It includes graphs for visitors and meetings, an appointment section, and a sidebar for navigation.
Meetings
The Meetings page lists scheduled meetings, allowing users to add participants, delete, or book new meetings.
The Book Meeting interface shows room availability, with green for free slots and red for booked times. Users can select a room and schedule a meeting based on available time slots.

Visitors
The Visitors and Pre-registration pages in VIPadm allow users to invite guests, send SMS invitations, print labels, and manage visitor details. Users can add, edit, delete, check-in, and check-out visitors efficiently. It also supports the bulk import of visitors using Excel for efficient registration.
Contacts available
Shows who are in the office from both employees and visitors.
The Book Meeting interface shows room availability, with green for free slots and red for booked times. Users can select a room and schedule a meeting based on available time slots.




Locations
The Locations module in VIPadm allows adding, updating, and deleting locations with configurable settings like signing security and address.
Contacts
The Contacts module is used to add, update, and delete employees, and to define their roles such as Admin, Normal, etc
ID-Cards
Used to lend cards and keys to both employees and visitors.
Send group SMS
Send SMS to groups of employees and visitors.
Reports
Reports are used to display room statistics and visitor statistics.
Resources
The Resources module in VIPadm allows adding, updating, and deleting resources, and includes an option to enable Office 365 calendar sync using the room mailbox, which is the Office 365 resource ID.
Wall monitors
The Wall Monitor Display is used to set up a big TV screen showing details like internal employees, external visitors, and today’s meetings in real time.


Meetings history
This Meetings History interface in VIPadm allows users to view past meetings within a selected date range. Users can search for specific meetings or export data to Excel for reporting.
Print badge
This feature allows users to download an Excel template for importing into an external badge printer to print ID cards.
GDPR
The GDPR module in VIPadm allows users to define the number of days before data is automatically removed, ensuring compliance with data retention policies.
Doors
The Doors module in VIPadm enables monitoring and managing access points within a building. It tracks employee and visitor movements, displays total activity, and allows administrators to add, edit, or remove doors as needed.
